New Website Need Help ???

I just bought a new website and was wondering if anyone would like to take a look at it and let me have some pointers on the things that need to be changed on it ...I started to do a little with it last night but am still undecided what to do ...I am thinking that I would like to revamp the whole website and redo every page ...would love some feed back good or bad ...
