Hows the Weather ???

Ok I am just not in the mood today to write anything witty or funny . The weather today is all cloudy and overcast and dark and damp and nothing like Florida should be . You know all sunny and warm and bright and happy. Oh thats right I can't have everything right! I love living in Florida , except for the increase in insurance and the increase in taxes this year it is great. No huge hurricanes this year was a big plus. Anymore hurricanes and the insurance rates will skyrocket even more. After the hurricanes everyone has new roofs ,new paint, new carpet so now the homes value had an increase so what happens is the insurance companies know they are going to have to pay more to settle so they in turn increase our rates on home owners insurance. A vicious circle wouldn't you say??? Oh well thats the price we pay for living in paradise. I really wouldn't live anywhere else. I love to visit Ky. because they have good hunting up there , but man you talk about cold. There is nothing like sitting up in a tree stand 20-25 feet up right smack dab in the wind and the snow starts falling and you get to shaking so bad you couldn't be able to shoot a deer if he was right underneath you. I am not a grerat fan of cold weather either. That comes from being born and raised in Florida. We have had alot of changes to this state over the past few years. I just hope they are not for the worst. Boy if you ever wanted to live in Florida now is the time to buy a home, the market is loaded with beautiful homes so many to choose from and the interst rates are still pretty good too . People who had a bad expeirence with any hurricane want to sale and relocate hey maybe you all can trade LOL. I am staying right here ,even if the weather is a little dark and damp today I still love Florida. Tommorrow it might be the prettiest day you have ever seen . We are expecting some 20 degree weather and that is very cold for us. Oh boy there goes the increase in my electric bill. Actually the rates for electric is very cheap here. I have a 3-2 home and my electric was $66 last month. Not bad huh??? But next they will want an increase too right??? LOL . But anyways no more talk of these getting an increase in rates for anything . Or at least not one today. Maybe tommorrow we can have an increase in SUNSHINE YEA. Everyone have a great day. Are You Ready ????

Ok the holidays are almost here. We have only 25 days left til Christmas so you had better be getting busy LOL . I have gotten most of my shopping done already now its just the stocking stuffers and getting everything wrapped. I hope it will stay wrapped. I have a two year old and I have the distinct feeling she is not going to leave those gifts wrapped. Does anyone have any suggestions to keep her attention away from those pretty bright fun things under the christmas tree??? I would love to hear some suggestions. In a way it is really cute to watch her but I sure hate to wrap everything 2-3 times, plus she might damage some of the presents too. I can see her now with her older sisters make-up all over her and the house , or my granddaughters art supplies or my grandsons tent put up in the living room right??? Oh well . She will only be 2 once and I enjoy every minute of it. I have the video camera in the living room ready for action. I can't wait to see her on christmas day. My other daughter that still lives at home will probably be her last she turns 18 in 13 days so it might be her last christmas still ay home booo hooo. Next it will be college. That she will absolutely LOVE. She is so smart.
